Free Standard Shipping
Orders $500 qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
*Orders must have a Subtotal amount over $500.00 not including Discounts, Promotions, and Taxes. Taxes within Checkout contain both Item Taxes and Shipping Taxes, if applicable. Offer not available for Warm Weather restricted shipping areas (more information below.) Orders over $2000.00 qualify for a $30.00 discount on Standard Shipping.*
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will also contain tracking information. If you don't see either email, please check your email spam folder. If you have shipped to multiple addresses, you will receive a single order confirmation email, and separate shipping confirmation emails for each shipping address.
Warm Weather Shipping
Due to high temperatures and perishable nature of our product/risk of melting, Standard/Ground shipping is not available as a shipping method for deliveries to some states (noted below):
Customers in the states listed below will automatically be offered “Second Day” or "Next Day" shipping. Those orders will be expedited to ensure the safety and quality of our product.
Deliveries to these listed locations requiring Second-Day not eligible for Free Standard Shipping promotions. These orders (Orders $500+) are however eligible for reduced-rate Second Day Shipping. You will see an automatic discount applied as a "Warm Weather Shipping Rate" at checkout with one of the rates displayed above. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Shipping Methods and Fulfillment
After shipments have left Lilly Choco & CO. fulfillment facility and are in FedEx ownership, UPS, or USPS ownership, LILLY CHOCO & CO. is not liable for FedEx delivery timing. Customers can check order status by using their tracking number at their respective websites.

Custom Delivery Request
After you've submitted your order and received a valid shipper carrier tracking number (tracking numbers are emailed at approximately 11:00 pm PT on the day your order ships), you have the option to customize your shipping arrangements with our shipping partners. To do so, please visit the shipper carrier website with your tracking number for further information. You must create an account with the carrier for delivery customization option.
After first delivery attempt
Although your order is cold-packed to prevent melting, due to the perishable nature of our products we cannot be responsible for the condition of orders that are not able to be delivered on the first attempt, or that you may have updated or revised through any customization options with our carrier shipping partner.
Multiple ship-to addresses
An order placed online can not be shipped to multiple addresses. To ship to multiple addresses, enter and save the first address during checkout, and complete your purchase to the first shipping address. For the next shipping address place a new separate order. If any incentives or promotions are offered for shipping and your orders collectively meet the requirements under multiple ship locations for the same account you will then have the option to call or email us to honor the promotion. We will refund your purchase the equivalent dollar amount to honor the promotion. Alternatively you may call 424-444-3353 and a representative will assist you in the purchase of your entire order.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we cannot ship to any APO, DPO, FPO, MPO, or P.O. Box addresses. If the address contains any of the acronyms, no shipping methods will appear and you will not be able to place your order. We apologize for any inconvenience. We are working with our delivery partners to deliver to these addresses in the future.
